EDITORIAL / PRACTICAL READING
Make the next step belong to the business
Keep the contact path aligned with the company featured in a project or service story.

Name who did the work
A reader should know which business is responsible for the project being discussed. Confirm its public name and contact details before adding an enquiry link. Do not make a general publisher inbox appear to be the contractor’s own service desk.
Check more than the inline link
Review the article’s contact card, buttons, footer and mobile presentation. A correct phone number in one paragraph does not help if a more prominent button sends the reader somewhere else. Label general editorial enquiries separately from enquiries about the featured business.
Describe the action accurately
An email link opens a draft; it does not establish that a message was received. An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking. Use wording that fits the actual destination and explain any next step the reader must take.
Recheck after publishing
Open the real page, follow the contact links and inspect the phone layout. Where a form claims to deliver a message, verify its storage and receiving inbox before making that claim. The story’s final action should be as clear and accountable as its photographs and text.
